Come Help Us Create a Better Future With Drones!

UX Design Intern with Emphasis on UX Research

GLOBHE is looking for a creative UX Design intern who's especially interested in focusing on UX Research. Our ideal intern is passionate about iteration and design thinking with a constant user focus. A strong interest in psychology, people and how they think, and user behavior is a must.

Our dream intern loves to fuse design with psychology, is eager to research user needs and behaviors, dares to ask "why" five times, loves working with data, and stays on top of the latest UX trends and learnings. Oh, and UI and graphic design skills are a huge plus.

You thrive when you get to make sense of the most ambiguous and abstract problems, so data analysis skills are a big plus. You love to talk UX, and you can clearly articulate and defend your design decisions to stakeholders (white knights very welcome!). You don't wait around for directions, you take initiatives. Design thinking is firmly in your pocket in everything you do... empathy and a strong belief in ethical design, too.

Does this sound like you? Then come help us create a better future with drones.

GLOBHE's mission is to save lives, reduce climate change, and make the world a better place -- and we do that with drones. By helping to develop our product, you'll directly contribute to our mission of fulfilling the UN's Sustainable Development Goals while helping people globally.

You will primarily be working with a cross-functional, motivated, and inclusive team made up of tech developers, designers, marketers, and drone experts from all around the world.

Crowddroning by GLOBHE is like the Uber of drone operators. Our goal is to raise our Crowddroning by GLOBHE product to new heights, making it easier for data clients to order data, and for drone operators to sign up and get paid to fly their drones.

This position is an unpaid internship to fulfill an educational requirement. Therefore, the ideal candidate is either a last-year student or a recent graduate who is looking for her/his first experience. Learning by doing is practically our motto.

As a startup/scaleup, we are expanding our team with new roles, and are looking for new skills to fill growing needs as we are currently completing our transition from startup to scaleup status. Therefore, you have the possibility to really influence the future of the company and make a noticeable and immediate impact on both internal and external user groups. If you dream of accompanying us on our flight through the skies after your internship, there is a big possibility for full-time employment if it's a mutual great fit.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a small team with a big impact on a quickly-moving product cycle. Our three user groups consist of internal and external users, and you'll be able to see the impact you create. You'll be allowed the space to be creative, innovative, and collaborative.

There's free tea and coffee at the office, too -- as well as a really good internal restaurant which is surprisingly affordable for the central Stockholm location. The office, which is a shared space for a number of startups, is near many great restaurants, bars, boutiques, museums, several gyms, bus lines, and Hötorget t-bana. Oh, and our monthly After-Works are a lot of fun, too!
