Explore how maps and drones are saving lives around the world with GLOBHE

To celebrate GIS Day 2021 on the 17th of November 2020, GLOBHE is hosting a day full of events to raise awareness on how maps and drones can save lives across the globe.

Drones and GIS: Creating Maps that Save Lives

For GLOBHE, maps are not only a beautiful illustration of geography. They are an essential tool to help us plan missions, study the fallout of natural disasters, help us track Malaria infestations, and much more. The possibilities are endless. We create our drone data by analyzing drone images in mapping software, running them through GIS, and then presenting them in map form to our clients. This data analysis can provide life-saving solutions for decision-makers.
